What the factory actually does
Shandong Mingsheng Machinery Group builds counterbalance trucks, warehouse equipment, compact earthmoving machines and utility vehicles. The production model is assembly plus fabrication: frames, masts and attachments are made in-house; engines, hydraulics and controllers come from named suppliers, which we disclose on request.

Production
- Fabrication. Frame, mast and counterweight welding with jigs per model. Mast sections are straightened and inspected before assembly.
- Assembly. Line assembly per model family, with a torque record per station.
- Test. Static load test at 125% of rated capacity, then a functional cycle test on every unit.
- Packing. Container loading with lashing plan and rust-prevention film for sea freight.
Quality gates
Four gates: incoming material, sub-assembly, end-of-line test, and pre-shipment inspection. The end-of-line record travels with the machine serial number, so a warranty claim can be traced back to the shift that built it.
